Jennifer Rothert Piercey, Founder of OnTarget College Consulting, is an independent educational consultant committed to partnering with students and their parents to find the “right fit” schools that will best enable students’ intellectual and personal development. Born in Palo Alto, California, Jennifer has a BA in History from UC Davis and the Diplome SELFEE from Sorbonne, Paris, France. She received her Specialized Certificate in College Counseling from UC San Diego. Jennifer’s husband, Chuck, works in high-tech. She has two sons, one who graduated from Boston College, volunteered in China with the Peace Corps, and is now headed to Johns Hopkins SAIS and the other who is starting his marine science studies at CSU Monterey Bay in fall 2020.
